CASA HIGUERAS
The official date for opening Casa Higueras as a Bed & Breakfast was 1st April 2020, and we all remember how that went!
Since then, we have welcomed so many lovely guests to share our home and enjoy all the beauty and history of Moclín and the surrounding areas.However, over the intervening years, our lives have taken a few different directions and we have decided to take a pause from the running of our home as a Guest House.
For the foreseeable future, we are not taking reservations for Casa Higueras, but we remind you that we have a self-catering house in the village that will be available again from May 2027 after some refreshment work. We will also have a new property, also in Moclín, that will be available from early 2027.
We look forward to welcoming guests to our other properties, so that we can continue to share everything we love about this beautiful corner of Andalucia.

ESPERANZA 9
If you are looking for accommodation in Moclin, we still run a holiday home here called Esperanza 9. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom self-catering house with plunge pool. Esperanza 9 is undergoing some refurbishment and will be available again for booking from Spring 2027.

We also have recently set up a Tourist Accommodation Association for the municipality of Moclín. Here you will find a directory of all the licensed accommodation in all the villages as well as information about all the local facilities, shops, restaurants and fiestas.
