CASA HIGUERAS Bed & Breakfast is our beautifully restored and extended Andalucian house that sits right on the edge of the village of Moclín overlooking the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada. On a clear day we are able to see the Alhambra Palace in the distance. Facing the delightful street at the front, designated a picturesque corner, the integrity of the original 1850’s house has been preserved.

As our lives here in Moclín have developed, we now find ourselves with less time to devote to the Bed & Breakfast side of our business and for this reason, we will be closing our doors to paying guests from November 2026. We would like to thank everyone who has come to stay with us over the last six years, it has been an amazing and rewarding experience.
ESPERANZA 9
If you are looking for accommodation in Moclin, we still run a holiday home here called Esperanza 9. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom self-catering house with plunge pool.

We also have recently set up a Tourist Accommodation Association for the municipality of Moclín. Here you will find a directory of all the licensed accommodation in all the villages as well as information about all the local facilities, shops, restaurants and fiestas.
